At Naya Dour, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds but only offer exchanges on any purchases.

Exchanges
You can exchange your purchase within 7 working days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached to the merchandise.
  • The item is returned with the original sales receipt and packaging.

How to Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team via email at care@nayadour.co or call us at +92326-816-2628. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items purchased on full price are eligible for exchange only at the new sale price.
  • Used, altered, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for exchange.
  • We do not offer exchanges on accessories such as jewelry and fragrances.
  • Products on promotion are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged Merchandise Claims:
For online purchases, the damage must be reported within 4 days of delivery.

Processing Time:
Please note that exchange requests may take up to 3 – 4 weeks to process. We appreciate your patience during this time.
