What is the estimated delivery time for all products?

All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 4-5 working days.


Which courier service do we use for delivery?

We use a third-party courier service.

What are the delivery charges?

All orders placed below Rs 2500, will be charged Rs 200 delivery charges. Orders above Rs 2500, will be delivered free of cost.

What is the process for placing an order on the website?

Order can be placed on our website in 4 easy steps as mentioned below:

  1. Add your favorites to the cart as you scroll through the website.
  2. Click on place order and provide the details as requested.
  3. Do not forget to add your complete details for example phone number, address, and email ID.
  4. Kindly wait for a confirmation call, message or an email from our representative.
Do we have a return policy?

No, we do not have any return policy.

Is it possible to exchange my product, and what is the process?

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team via email at care@nayadour.co or call us at +92-326-816-2628. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, from 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

What do I do if I receive a faulty product in my order?

Kindly do not accept an order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened, as team at naya dour will deliver parcels with seals intact. If you receive a faulty product, immediately call our customer care within 24 – 48 hours on our helpline at +92-326-8162628 between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm You can also email us at care@nayadour.co

If there is an item missing in my order, what should I do?

Your items may be shipped in separate parcels, so please allow some time if they do not arrive together. If the delay exceeds one business day, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team for further
assistance.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Once your order has been verified, processed, and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security, we are unable to modify or change the address once your order has been confirmed.


Can you tell me when out-of-stock items will be available?

Currently, we don't have the ability to notify you when an item is back in stock. However, we will be restocking frequently, so feel free to check back!
