All confirmed orders will be dispatched within 4-5 working
days.
We use a third-party courier service.
All orders placed below Rs 2500, will be charged Rs 200
delivery charges. Orders above Rs 2500, will be delivered free of cost.
Order can be placed on our website in 4 easy steps as
mentioned below:
- Add your favorites to the cart as you scroll through the website.
- Click on place order and provide the details as requested.
- Do not forget to add your complete details for example phone number, address, and
email ID. - Kindly wait for a confirmation call, message or an email from our representative.
No, we do not have any return policy.

Kindly do not accept an order if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened, as team at naya dour will deliver parcels with seals intact. Your items may be shipped in separate parcels, so please allow some time if they do not arrive together. If the delay exceeds one business day, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team for further

Once your order has been verified, processed, and
dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
For your security, we are unable to modify or change the address once your order has been confirmed.
